Chair e-tailer to Take Over Former Herman Miller Facility

KENNESAW, GA – The e-commerce company BizChair.com announced it will become the majority tenant of Herman Miller’s former Atlanta-area facility located in Canton, GA, according to PR Newswire. Furniture Brands Senior V.P. and CFO Resigns

ST. LOUIS – W.G. “Mickey” Holliman, chairman and CEO of Furniture Brands Int’l. Inc. announced he accepted the resignation of Denise L. Ramos as senior vice president and CFO of the company. Ramos is leaving to accept the position of CFO at ITT Corp., a supplier of advanced technology products and services. Dept. of Commerce to Conduct International Buyer Program at 2007 AWFS Fair

CITY OF COMMERCE, CA — The U.S. Dept. of Commerce (DOC) will be conducting its International Buyer Program for the first time at the 2007 AWFS Fair, to be held July 18 – 21 in Las Vegas, NV. The AWFS Fair is only one of 43 trade shows accepted by the DOC’s 2007-8 International Buyer program which offers services and logistical support to international attendees and connects domestic manufacturers with new international buyers.
