NEW BERLIN, WI - Assets of Woodmill Products Inc., an architectural millwork shop that filed for bankruptcy in June, will be auctioned January 12, 2012.

Included in the auction are CNC panel saws, including a 2008 Schelling FH4 and 2006 Altendorf F45; CNC routers including a 2009 Accu-System point-to-point model H49; and dual head sanders from Butfering and Sandingmaster.

More than $450,000 in lumber and panel inventory is also on the auction block.

Woodmill Products employed 20 and listed $4.7 million in liabilities in court filings when it closed after 36 years in business. The auction is being conduction by DoveBid and Maynards.

A member of the Architectural Woodwork Institute, Woodmill Products produced woodwork for casinos, hotels, restaurants and corporate clients, bulding custom projects and installing them.
