Wood-Mode expands beyond kitchens

KREAMER, Pa. – Wood-Mode Fine Custom Cabinetry has announced the launch of The Curio Suite, a new collection of freestanding, furniture-grade cabinetry designed for use throughout the home. The move marks a strategic shift for the manufacturer, standardizing a category of furniture pieces such as dressers and armoires that were previously handled as custom one-off requests.

The initial rollout includes six distinct design styles and features a variety of coordinated components:

  • Bath and storage: Preassembled vanities (24 inch to 72 inch), matching medicine cabinets, and linen towers.
  • Bedroom and closet: Dressers, highboys, and armoires with internal organization, such as jewelry drawers and dividers.
  • Customization: All pieces can be specified with standard Wood-Mode door styles and finishes.

By shifting these items into a standardized product suite, the company aims to reduce lead times for consumers and simplify the ordering process for its North American dealer network.
