BLACKSBURG, VA — Virginia Tech's VTLeanTeam announced it will host its second workshop, "Why Lean Administration," in the Raleigh-Durham, NC, area. The two-day workshop will be March 29-30 at the Holiday Inn in Morrisville, NC.
The workshop will provide guidance on how to apply lean principles in administrations to create efficient and effective processes and outcomes. Included will be three hands-on simulation games, experienced-based exercises, presentations and a networking reception. A keynote presentation will be given by Cindy Swank, a recognized lean administration expert and former vice president of lean for a major insurance company.
