Two large solid surface countertop fabricators up for auction

Seven Stone Surface Fabrication operations.

Heritage Equity Partners is seeking buyers or investors in two larger countertop and solid surface fabricators, one in Texas, the other in Florida. Each has sales exceeding $30 million.  

Seven Stone Surface Fabrication, Inc., based in Atlanta, also has locations in Nashville, and at three North Carolina cities: Charlotte, Greensville, and Winston-Salem. It has 325 employees at its peak.
Reporting $35 million in revenue in 2015, Seven Stone is reported to be the largest in the region with many national customers. Its carries a full slab inventory and fabricating capacity at each location. A piecemeal auction of the firm is scheduled for September 19, but Heritage Equity Partners is accepting offers on complete branch locations and the entire business until then.
 
The other location is Empire Countertops, LLC, which seeks an investor, partner, or buyer to complement its growth strategy. Headquartered outside of Dallas, Empire fabricates and installs granite, marble, engineered stone, and solid surface countertops. Founded in 1989, Empire has a 27-year history of quality products and precise installations. From large commercial installations to custom residential projects, Empire works with builders, architects, contractors and some homeowners Heritage Equity says it enjoys substantial market potential due to its unique and extremely efficient fabrication and market leading turnaround time.
Empire experienced unprecedented growth from 2010 to 2015 and saw sales increase from $12 million to almost $32 million.
