Titan introduces new handheld sprayer

MINNEAPOLIS — Titan, a manufacturer of spraying technologies, has introduced the FlexSpray Pro 18V. It’s a cordless multi-tool that delivers the power and control of high-volume, low-pressure (HVLP) in one versatile sprayer.

The FlexSpray is also powered by an AMPShare by Bosch battery system that’s interchangeable across multiple Titan sprayers.

The FlexSpray Pro 18V is propelled by JetForce Technology, which creates atomization power equal to a four-stage HVLP and output equal to an airless sprayer using a 413 tip. The variable speed turbine can spray unthinned latex, and nimble enough to spray lightweight coatings like lacquer.

Features and benefits include:
•    Sprays latex and oil-based paints and stains.
•    Two front ends: FlexFinish Pro Front End is optimized for higher production on larger surfaces for architectural coatings; FineFinish Pro Front End has the control needed for fine finish detail.
•    Quick Change System allows swapping from FlexFinish to FineFinish front ends with a simple twist.
•    Intelligent Bosch power management shuts the unit down when entering low battery mode to prevent pattern quality issues.
•    Provides maximum control with vertical, horizontal, and round fan patterns.
•    Protected battery compartment.
•    Comes standard with two 4Ah batteries, a battery charger, four cleaning brushes, two cup seals, two nozzle seals, one paint filter, and a storage bag.

“The FlexSpray Pro 18V is a smaller job sprayer that offers power, control, and versatility,” said Chris Noto, director of products for Titan. “The combination of cordless technology, two front ends, and fewer parts for cleaning make it our best handheld sprayer yet.”
