Stiles names sanding, veneering and e-tech experts for Northeast Regional headquarters

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - At its new Northeast Regional location in Bristol, Pennsylvania, Stiles Machinery Inc. added customer service and support representatives Mike Dozeman and Brian Billard. 
 
Stiles' Northeast Regional Headquarters and Training Center, about 30 miles northeast of Philadelphia, opened in September, and included a Stiles University Learning Lab complete with the latest technology for training in programming and design as well as a variety of fully-powered machinery for technical and operational training.
 
Stiles says the most recent appointments reflect its continued effort to grow its team in the Northeast.  
 
Mike Dozeman will be serving as Stiles’ Northeast Sanding, Solid Wood and Veneering Product Specialist. Dozeman began his career at Stiles in 2008, helping customers discover solutions to modernize and upgrade their machine technology. Stiles, says he has worked with hundreds of manufacturers and has developed a deep understanding of the unique challenges they face. Dozeman's expertise includes sanding technology from HOMAG (formerly Butfering) and Heesemann, as well as solid wood technology from
Ironwood, Kentwood and Homag. Mike will also be representing Kuper Veneering Equipment for customers in the Northeast.
 
Brian Ballard
Brian Billard joins Stiles as its new E-Tech Sales Advisor for productivity enhancing accessories to machinery. Billard received his Bachelor’s degree from Temple University and recently worked as the Operations Manager for a small engineering firm where he helped meet customer needs and increase the overall success of the company.
Brian visits customers throughout the Northeast, helping them enhance their existing technology and discover solutions to common production challenges they face.
