Registration for The Furniture Society conference is now open. The non-profit organization representing, promoting, and connecting furniture makers, designers, collectors, curators, educators, and manufacturers from around the world, is presenting the conference June 8 - 10 in New Orleans.

After havin a virtual event in 2022, the conference will feature live presen­ta­tions and demonstrations in the morning, professional development in the afternoons including presentations by the Craft for a Greater Good with the Society's partner YAYA, and curated tours.  

This year, the FS23 focuses on: Making Spaces: How Place Shapes Production, Living, and Community
