WICHITA, KS - Woodworking education will benefit from a Lowe's Charitable & Educational Foundation grant to the Wichita's public school's Chisholm Life Skills Center. The center will receive building improvements to support its work training programs. Chisholm Life Skills received a $96,700 grant from Lowe’s Toolbox for Education to build a shipping and receiving center at the school and to renovate classrooms to add woodworking, culinary arts and experiential home living classes to the school.
