HARTSELLE, AL -- David Grover, 39, of Hartselle has been charged with arson for allegedly starting a January fire at Hartselle Plywood and Lumber Company.
According to the Hartselle Enquirer, Grover was arrested Friday, Oct. 15 by ATF agents while at the Hartselle Police Department.
