WAUKEGAN. Ill. - LMT Onsrud LP has launched a newly designed website that is focused on the experience of the customer. The company says a significant renovation of the site is the cleaner and more organized presentation of product and detailed product information.

With enhanced filtering technology, the company has incorporated expanded tooling search capabilities to allow for quicker product search and location. This also allows for quicker, more accurate ordering.

The site is also mobile ready for phones and tablets and LMT Onsrud says it took great care to make the site a more valuable resource for its network of distributors.

“We know our distributor partners are always very busy," says Fred Phillips, LMT Onsrud's marketing manager. "We believe that if we can help them save even a few minutes in the processing of an order or locating the correct tool, we can deliver more value to them and help them to deliver more value to their customers as well.”

The new site allows distributors to save key information from previous orders to their account for swifter recall. In addition, more technical resource information, videos, and other customer resources have been added.

“In 2018, it’s not enough to just make a great product. You have to make it easy to do business with your company," says Mark Hemmerling, LMT Onsrud’s vice president of sales and marketing. "The new site goes a long way to make it even easier to do business with LMT Onsrud, and we’re all very proud of that!”

LMT Onsrud LP is a part of the LMT Tools Group, which also encompasses the manufacturing companies of LMT Belin (France), LMT Fette (Germany), and LMT Kieninger (Germany), including an internationally operating sales organization. With more than 1,100 employees and a network of specialized partners, LMT Tools offers its customers a comprehensive range of tools and tooling services for the most diverse cutting and non-cutting applications.
