FALL RIVER, Mass. -- JSI Cabinetry, manufacturer and distributor of kitchen and bath cabinetry, has announced the acquisition of Colorado Kitchen Cabinet. The asset purchase of the Denver company expands its distribution and assembly operations to coverage of the Rocky Mountain states.

“The addition of cabinet assembly, inventory, and a distribution hub in Denver significantly increases our service level to kitchen dealers and consumers in the region,” said JSI Cabinetry’s vice president of sales and marketing Chris Graff.

“Our core competitive advantage is the superior finish quality of our kitchen cabinets and the speed of delivery. The Denver facility will feature our Premier and Designer series all-wood box, JSI’s patent pending ½-inch Dovetail Face Frame,” Laszlo Burian, vice president of operations at JSI, said.

“We are excited to implement our proven order process and distribution model to meet the market’s demands for fast and reliable delivery. JSI consistently ships orders in three to five days from its current operations in Fall River, Atlanta, and Chicago. We look forward to bringing that level of service to Denver.”
