CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- JELD-WEN Holding, Inc. has appointed Jas S. Hayes as executive vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary, effective June 1, 2023.

Hayes most recently served as senior vice president, deputy general counsel and corporate secretary for JELD-WEN. He succeeds Roya Behnia, who previously announced her intention to retire from the company in July.
