Grass receives Plus X Award for customer satisfaction

Grass wins Plus X Award for Customer Satisfaction

HÖCHST, Austria — Grass GmhH received the Plus X Award for Germany’s Highest Customer Satisfaction 2024 in the Movement Systems category.

The Plus X Award is an international innovation award for technology, sports, and lifestyle, honoring brands for their leading edge in quality and innovation.

“The Plus X Award is an incentive to focus even more intensely on providing new services and sustainable ways to increase customer satisfaction in the future,” said Helmut Kainrad, CEO of Grass Group.

Grass had sales of 365 million euros in the financial year 2022. The company has 1,600 employees at 18 locations including corporate offices in Kernersville, N.C., and Toronto. In addition, Grass partners with and more than 200 distributors in 60 countries. Its products include slides, drawers, hinges, and lift systems.
