Deublin Company Acquires Barco SealsDeublin Company Acquires Barco Seals WAUKEGAN, IL — Deublin Company says it acquired Barco Seals on December 1. Both businesses make fluid power components used in wood manufacturing machinery and for equipment and process industries.

Barco, based in Cary, IL near Chicago, began in business by developing swivels and ball joints for the railroad industry, producing rotating unions, plane and self-aligning swivel joints.

Privately held Deublin, founded in 1945, manufactures a precision components for production machinery,  including rotating unions, steam joints and siphons, and electrical slip rings. Headquartered in Waukegan, IL just north of Chicago, it has manufacturing and sales locations in 17 countries.
