Cavity Sliders announces strategic U.S. partnership

LOS ANGELES -- Cavity Sliders, a manufacturer of premium pocket door systems in the United States, announced a strategic partnership with Halliday + Baillie, a New Zealand–based designer of architectural hardware. Under this agreement, Cavity Sliders will serve as an official U.S. distributor of Halliday + Baillie’s passage pocket door handle collection.

“This collaboration strengthens our ability to provide a complete solution for pocket doors,” said Laurie McCowan, President of Cavity Sliders USA. “Halliday + Baillie’s hardware is renowned for its design detail, build quality, and enduring performance. It also provides a different aesthetic and function to our existing hardware offering. This ensures that we can provide a more complete design offering to our architectural network. Paired with our robust frame systems and sliding hardware, the result is a seamless, premium experience and aesthetics from installation to daily use.”

The addition of Halliday + Baillie products to Cavity Sliders' portfolio expands the selection of hardware options available to the U.S. market.

“We are excited to deepen our presence in the United States through a partner who shares our commitment to quality and thoughtful engineering,” said Cam Allison, CEO at Halliday + Baillie. “Cavity Sliders has built a strong reputation for elevating expectations around pocket door performance, and this partnership allows us to offer cohesive, beautifully designed sliding door solutions.”

The partnership streamlines sourcing for designers and builders, offering them:

  • A unified pocket door system that pairs precision-engineered frames and tracks with premium flush pulls and hardware.
  • Greater design flexibility through expanded finish options and minimalist hardware profiles.
