PESARO, Italy -- Biesse Group Middle East is opening a new campus, a state-of-the-art technology and training center and the only one in the region, in Dubai. A three-day event from November 7-9 for customers, visitors and partners will kick off the new location, showcasing Biesse Group technology.

On Wednesday, November 8, at 4 p.m. there will be the official ribbon cutting ceremony to which local institutions and journalists are invited.

Following the inaugural event, the showroom dedicated to machines for working wood, glass, stone and advanced materials will be available for demonstrations. An area of the new location will be dedicated to service and spare parts and will accommodate in-house and customer training activities.

“Our new facility will enable us to provide constant training to our customers and to enhance our support service,” said Renato Manganelli, Biesse Middle East managing director. “Service is in fact one of the main reasons why we decided to make this important investment in the region, given that we have numerous customers to whom we want to provide first-class service.

This support will include deployment of Sophia, the Biesse IoT platform that will enable customers to achieve maximum efficiency. The company also plans a significant stock of spare parts in Dubai.
