ROSENBERG, TX - Benedettini Cabinetry will be honored Sept. 7 among the 100 fastest growing businesses in its area by the Houston Business Journal.
The custom cabinets company's 215 employees generated $19.4 million in revenue. Stephen Benedettini, president and owner, founded the business in 1999. He originally relocated in 1980 to Texas from Michigan, where he worked as a trim carpenter.
After working in the trim business, Benedettini found the Benedettini Cabinetry company with an empasis on customization and craft in a high-end and growing product line. After establishing itself firmly in the Houston area market, Benedettini Cabinetry embarked on nationwide expansion into major markets across the United States. Benedettini Cabinetry dealers include Golden Rules in the mid-Atlantic area, Robert Hirschhorn in the New York-New Jersey area, Johnson Sales in the Carolinas, Wayne Stefanko in the Midwest, and Southern Rep Group in Florida.
Cabinet construction is marked by corner beams with 1/2-inch plywood dados into face frame, side abd back for stability; 3/4-inch thick adjustable shelves; and a cabinet case using dado joints and concealed fasteners.
