APA appoints Bryce Luckett to engineered wood specialist role

TACOMA, Wash. — APA - The Engineered Wood Association has announced that Bryce Luckett has joined as an Engineered Wood Specialist, focusing on energy and building science within the Market Access and Development (MAD) team.

Luckett comes to APA with hands-on construction and building product experience from his time with Boise Cascade, where he worked closely with builders, dealers, and design professionals on structural wood products, jobsite applications and performance-driven construction practices. With engineered wood product framing systems knowledge, he’s addressed challenges related to code compliance and performance requirements and has also supported product education for residential and light commercial projects.

Based in Denver, Colorado, Luckett holds a B.S. in Architecture from the University of Colorado Denver. In his new role, he will support core engineered wood product technical outreach while contributing specialized support on energy and building science initiatives, including high-performance construction practices, building science and energy code related topics.
