GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – Stiles Machinery announces additional service capabilities in the North East region. John Criscione, Jaime Irizarry and Melissa Partazana will join Stiles Machinery effective September 1, 2012.

John, Jaime and Melissa come to Stiles with over 30 years of experience providing comprehensive service, support and repair to customers in the northeast. They will continue to provide service from the former All-Pro Machinery location in Toms River, NJ, which will now become a regional service center for Stiles. John Criscione will be Stiles’ Regional Service Manager for the North East and All-Pro Machinery customers will continue to be fully supported by Stiles Machinery.

“This strategic initiative will increase local service availability and reduce maintenance cost for Stiles’ North East customers,” says John Casto, Vice President of Customer Support Services at Stiles Machinery. “It shows that we are committed to providing exceptional support to our important North East customers.”

Stiles will now have a total of eight field service representatives dedicated to serve the North East region and increases the total national service strength to over 90 service personnel.
