JASPER, IN — The popular Kimball(R) Office casegood line, Priority(TM), recently underwent a makeover to incorporate a comprehensive laminate option. Priority’s modular and easy to assemble elements have provided the line with a reputation for easily transitioning between private offices and the open plan, including the C-suite and reception stations.
“With the addition of laminate surfaces, Priority offers more options for meeting and exceeding the needs of budget-conscious clients looking to outfit a workplace with one versatile line,” said Allen Parker, Vice President of Marketing and Sales at Kimball Office. “The line’s wide selection of elements, in laminate, wood or a mixture of materials, offer budget and design flexibility that further meet the changing demands of workplace functionality and aesthetics.”
Priority is a complete office solution with a wide range of desks, credenzas, tables, vertical and overhead storage, worksurface styles, and integrated technology options. The complete Priority laminate line is constructed from high-pressure laminate (HPL) for worksurface tops and thermally-fused laminate (TFL) for surfaces such as drawer fronts and chassis. Wood grain laminate options include honey, amber, autumn, and mocha; solid colors are designer white, antique white, storm, cloud, graphite, cinder, fog, sandstone, and chamois.
“Customers are seeking cost-effective options to conventional wood products, but they still want to maintain the upscale style and warmth provided by wood finishes. The Priority line opens a door for designers to mix colors and materials, in order to create ideal solutions for clients who desire executive styling or request budget-friendly ideas,” added Parker.
All Priority wood components are finished with Pura(R), Kimball Office’s proprietary UV finish. The line is Scientific Certification Systems (SCS) Indoor Advantage(TM) certified, may contribute to Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED(R)) credits, and is Business and Institutional Furniture Manufacturer’s Association (BIFMA) level(TM) certified.
