WMCO to host one-day Lean training event in Kitchener

HANOVER, Ontario — Lean expert Sepp Gmeiner, CEO of Lignum Consulting Canada, will lead a hands-on training event organized by the Wood Manufacturing Cluster of Ontario.

The one-day workshop, WMCO Lean Road Map, will be held 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 30, at the Export Development Council in Kitchener. The event is designed to be engaging and practical, offering attendees tools and strategies to make immediate improvements and jumpstart their company’s Lean transformation.

Highlights of Gmeiner’s presentation include:
