HANOVER, Ontario — The Wood Manufacturing Cluster of Ontario will once again host its popular LMI Leadership Series of bi-weekly interactive online workshops.
Each of the two-hour “Effective Leadership Development” sessions will be presented by Barry Reid, business and executive development specialist of Leadership Management International Canada. Reid has spent the past 17 years helping leaders take command of their mindset, elevate performance, and unlock their full potential. He was named Facilitator of the Year for the Americas in both 2019 and 2021 and has received multiple production awards for his impact and excellence.
Reid’s structured, eight-part course is designed to help professionals in the wood manufacturing sector build essential leadership competencies, improve communication, and enhance productivity.
The program begins with a one of two pre-session goal setting sessions on May 7 and concludes with graduation presentations on Nov. 5.
