Reimer Hardwoods E Roku Distributors acquisition

ABBOTSFORD, British Columbia — Reimer Hardwoods Ltd. announced the completion of its acquisition of E Roko Distributors headquartered in Burnaby, British Columbia.

E Roku, a third-generation firm founded by Roko Kliman in 1970, is a stocking distributor of lumber, panels products, edgebanding, hardware and other building products.

As part of the acquisition, Reimer Hardwoods said it will also take on the E Roko location in Calgary. Alberta, “which will strengthen our presence in this important market. We have entered into distribution agreements for all of E Roko’s major product lines, and the transition will take place throughout January.

“This strategic acquisition enhances Reimer Hardwoods position with our existing customers, allows us to welcome new customers into our family, and expands our ability to provide the same time-tested reliability and value commitment to a broader range of products.”

A message posted on the E Roku website notes, “We are excited to announce that E. Roko Distributors has been officially acquired by Reimer Hardwoods Ltd. As part of this transition, all business operations will now be managed under the Reimer Hardwoods brand, allowing us to leverage their strong industry reputation and expanded resources.”
