GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. -- Stiles Machinery will offer a look at some of their new sanding and finishing machines for manufacturers of all sizes at this year’s International Woodworking Fair in Atlanta, Georgia, August 22-25, 2018.

The company's wide range of surface technologies on display feature Heesemann, Makor, Venjakob, Ironwood and Homag equipment.

Stiles will reveal the next generation of machine design and digital innovation from Homag at this year’s show, including the Sandteq W-300, which will be taking the North American stage for the first time in Stiles booth. Featuring a 21-inch powerTouch control, tapio connectivity for advanced industry 4.0 functionality, and a wireless device for easy workpiece measurements, the Sandteq W-300 is designed to provide flexibility when sanding solid wood, veneer, sealer, high gloss or solid surface materials.

Stiles will also showcase new sanding products from Hessemann, including the Heesemann MFA10 orbital sander, which includes two patented orbital heads for removal of cross-grain scratch. This machine’s dual brush sanding design enables both profile sanding and edge breaking all in one pass.

The Stiles booth at IWF, #5035 and #5053, will also feature finishing technology, including the Venjakob Ven Spray Smart glue sprayer with an internal belt cleaning system for reduced waste and easy clean-up, and the latest evolution of robotic spray technology.

The Makor Robotwin robotic spraying system, which brings two spray technologies, including a robotic arm and reciprocator arm, together in a single machine, will also be displayed. The Robotwin operates in three adjustable modes: stop and go, continuous, and self-teach.
