An IWF Challengers Award Finalist, Endurance Diamond Tooling with  PCD (Poly Crystallin Diamond) allows you to use diamond tools in applications where only carbide and HSS (high speed steel) have traditionally been used.

Historically, woodworking diamond tools were really just a by-product of metalworking tooling. Now ILJIN Diamond has created a game-changing PCD material that may also change the way you think about tooling.

Experts from Frontline Tooling Solutions (booth #4728) will be also be presenting other exciting tooling developments, and fielding your questions in person or live on Twitter and Facebook. On hand will be Frontline's Dave Otten and CEO Tim Rash (see his bio below).

Frontline Tooling Solutions is the largest new cutting tool and service provider in North America. Earlier this year, Frontline Tooling Solutions launched two new businesses: Peak ToolWorks and MaxxLife, aimed at streamlining the delivery of Frontline's products and services to the wood manufacturing marketplace.

Peak ToolWorks creates a one-stop-shop for all woodworking and composite tools owned by Frontline, whose brands include NAP Gladu, General Saw, RKO Saw, SuperSand, Intooligence, Techniks, Parlec, as well as Frontline-branded tools.including key brands such as Peak Tool Works (formerly Nap/Gladu); Riverside Tools; Intooligence; and Maxxlife Service Center for tool sharpening and repair.

During the Livestream event August 23, Frontline Tooling Solutions will also present other tool develops, and answer questions on key innovations such as its SuperSand, Riverside Tool’s patent-pending sanding head featuring a profile foam ring and a rubberized abrasive, which allow the abrasive to push into the wood part and not deflect with pressure. Available in both edge detail and raised panel versions, it provides panels with a hand-sanded look and feel, but with industrial efficiency. SuperSand was a 2016 IWF Challengers Award Winner.

Join Woodworking Network in person or online as we broadcast live from Frontline Tooling  booth #4728 on the IWF Show Floor in Atlanta on Thursday, August 23 at 11:00 a.m. ET.
