THOMASVILLE, NC - Pierre de Villeméjane has been appointed president and CEO of Heritage Home Group LLC. De Villeméjane has served on the board of directors since the home furnishings company was created in November 2013 following the demise of Furniture Brands International.

Heritage Home Group's residential furniture portfolio includes: Thomasville, Lane, Broyhill, Drexel Heritage, Henredon, Hickory Chair, Maitland‐Smith, Pearson, Lane Venture and La Barge.

“I am pleased to lead Heritage Home Group on its journey of ambitious growth – this is the beginning of an exciting new era. HHG holds a rare combination in the home furnishings industry: a venerable portfolio of 10 of the industry’s most beloved brands, partnerships with premier luxury designers and, perhaps most importantly, longstanding customer relationships. Our exclusive focus will be on delivering the most innovative and inspiring products in the market to our customers. We will work tirelessly to delight our customers with best‐in‐class service, quality and delivery.

De Villeméjane served most recently as CEO of WWRD Holdings Ltd., the parent of Waterford, Wedgewood and Royal Doulton, and was the CEO Speedline Technologies, Inc – both portfolio companies of KPS Capital Partners, LP, the controlling stockholder of HHG. He also is on the board of directors of Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, Inc. (NYSE: MSO).

Richard Lozyniak, who had been serving as interim CEO, will remain on as a member of HHG’s Board of Directors.

De Villeméjane added, "I look forward to building on the momentum created by Rich and the HHG team. HHG’s access to KPS’ financial resources is a tremendous competitive advantage. We intend to grow this company aggressively over the next few years, both organically and through acquisitions.
