Wood Pro Expo Lancaster preview video: New CNC nesting cell
New CNC Talent T5 nesting router

MANHEIM, Pa. New CNC will showcase a labor-saving automated cabinet nesting cell at Wood Pro Expo Lancaster, October 23-24 at Spooky Nook Sports.

New CNC will display its Talent T5D CNC Router, which it says is a versatile and powerful machine that streamlines routing and drilling processes with precision and speed. The router will be augmented by a full Auto-Load lift table and Auto-Unload conveyor system (AL-UL) that eliminates the manual handling of heavy panels, optimizing material flow and significantly reducing labor.

New CNC says the live demonstrations will show how its technology can help woodworking professionals engineer their competitive edge. Key benefits cited by New CNC include:

  • Increased Production Capacity: The AL-UL system can increase output by about 40% by reducing sheet-to-sheet time, allowing one operator to manage a continuous production cycle.
  •  Enhanced Quality and Consistency: The precision of the servo-driven CNC machines ensures consistent, high-quality components, which minimizes errors and reduces material waste.

  • Reduced Labor Costs: Automating tasks like material handling frees up employees for more skilled work like assembly and finishing, helping shops overcome labor shortages and optimize their workforce.
  • A "Future-Proof Investment": All New CNC routers come pre-configured for "plug and play" automation. This allows businesses to start with a standalone router and seamlessly add the auto-load and unload systems as their production demands grow.
