WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. — New CNC plans to demonstrate a highly efficient, labor-saving automated cabinet nesting cell at Wood Pro Expo Florida, co-located with the 20th Annual Closets Expo, June 12-13.
New CNC says it will display its T5D CNC router, a versatile and powerful machine that streamlines routing and drilling processes with precision and speed. The router will be augmented by an automated lift table and unload conveyor system (AL-UL) that eliminates manual handling of heavy panels, optimizing material flow and minimizing labor.
The demonstrations will showcase the benefits of automation, New CNC says, including:
- Increased production capacity: Automate time-consuming tasks such as routing, drilling, and edgebanding, allowing more production in less time.
- Enhanced quality and consistency: CNC machines deliver precise and repeatable cuts, ensuring consistent quality across all components and minimizing errors.
- Reduced labor costs: Automation reduces the need for manual labor, freeing up production employees for more skilled tasks and optimizing the workforce.
- Improved efficiency: Streamline production workflow and eliminate bottlenecks with automated material handling and seamless integration between machines.

- Increased revenue and profitability: Higher productivity and efficiency translate to increased output and improved profit margins.
- Time savings: Automation frees up valuable time, allowing manufacturers to focus on design, customer relationships, and other essential aspects of their business.
- Reduced waste: Precise cuts and optimized material utilization minimize waste save money and reduce environmental impacts.
- Greater flexibility: CNC machines can handle a wide range of projects and materials, allowing manufacturers to diversify their product offerings and expand into new markets.
