CHARLOTTE:  CNC Factory said they will proudly launch their 2019 new “driverless” Python XPR at the Cabinets & Closets Conference & Expo/Wood Pro Expo at the Charlotte Convention Center March 6-8, booth 531. The new 2019 Python requires “no heavy lifting” with auto loading and unloading, and it offers:

  • spoil board self cleaning
  • hands free robotic labeling and printing
  • laser measuring for critically precise depth-cutting
  • part marking for post production processes such as edgebanding and fastener inserting.

“The time of dedicated CNC operators is a thing of the past,” Chris Corrales, owner and director of operations of CNC Factory says. “The Python does all the thinking for the user. With these labor-saving and time-saving features, the 2019 Python XPR lets the operator push a button and collect the finished labeled and marked product. That’s it!”  Many of the new features for the 2019 Python XPR were inspired by the increase in human errors, and added labor in preparing parts for post production processes such as edgebanding, fastener inserting and part labeling. “The features of the Python XPR make operators look like rock stars!” Corrales adds.

“As woodshops produce more functional and intricate finished products, smart manufacturers will stay ahead of the curve to facilitate these processes, so there is no extra burden on the operator,” Corrales says. “That is why woodshops buy CNCs, to produce better products and to make them faster, without wearing out their employees—or the need to hire dedicated CNC operators.  What used to take three employees working under pressure, now takes only one, with ample time to perform post production accurately.”

The 2019 Python XPR is produced in the USA at CNC Factory’s Santa Ana facility.  With auto loading and unloading it sells for $74,000. The machine is able to add printing and labeling, marking, and laser measuring during or after the machine's purchase.

CNC Factory's Chris Corrales will demonstrate the 2019 Python XPR at Cabinets & Closets/Wood Pro Expo Charlotte.
