TAIPEI — Sustainability is a global imperative in the woodworking industry. Net-zero goals along with smart and energy-efficient production, are helping redefine wood products manufacturing.
In response, WOOD Taiwan 2026 introduces the “Sustainable Innovators,” bringing together forward-thinking exhibitors and solutions under three key themes: Green Manufacturing, Sustainable Living, and the Future Wood. Organized by the Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA) and the Taiwan Woodworking Machinery Association (TWMA), the triennial Taiwan International Woodworking Industry & Furniture Manufacturing Show — WOOD Taiwan 2026 takes place April 23-26 at the Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center, Hall 1, in Taipei.
“Sustainable Innovators" will highlight integrated, practical innovations — from equipment design and production efficiency to material applications and intelligent management— and showcase how to translate these sustainable ideas from the show floor into real-world applications. Selected exhibits include: Anderson Group's (Booth N0802) Exxact Pro IPT CNC router; Kuang Yung Machinery's (Booth N0114) MRS-459M+ Quick Rip saw with scanning and automated blade positioning; Co-Matic Machinery's (Booth N0727)AF44D variable speed feeder; E-Chain Machinery's (Booth M0420) fully automatic double-end tenoner; Losta's (Booth M0910) latex sponge rollers and stell roller for four-side moulders; and Auto Solution Technology's (Booth N1112) TopSolid Wood CAD/CAM software.
A number of other companies with eco solutions will be on hand to demonstrate their wares, including many represented in North America. Along with Anderson, these include Leadermac, Technik, Licom, and Vollmer. Many U.S. technology providers also partner with Taiwan companies for OEM manufacturing.
A wide variety of equipment and supplies will be showcased at the more than 850 booths at WOOD Taiwan 2026. The show also features a number of events open to attendees, including the KOL Discovery Tour, the Woodworking Machinery Design & Innovation Awards, one-on-one procurement meetings, Buyers’ Night, guided tours, and an international forum on global market developments.
