CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- WMMA held its first regional networking and education event in Charlotte, North Carolina, in mid-September.

They had more than 40 participants in the inaugural event. In-person committee meetings were full of information and ideas on moving the organization forward. Speakers Cyndi Gave and Urs Buehlmann shared their expertise on hiring processes and understanding of the monthly housing and economic reports.

Participants also toured Precision Drive Systems and C.R. Onsrud. Tours of both facilities added a valued and informative aspect to the regional meeting.

WMMA’s second annual regional meeting will be held in Minneapolis, Minnesota, October 1-3, 2018.Minneapolis is another key location for industry-related companies.
