T-type Glissando, new hinge generation

 

T-type Glissando, Titus new hinge generation, is designed for the most demanding applications in the kitchen, bedroom and other furniture. Its rigid design assures a reliable operation over wide range of tolerances, even in case of accidental misalignment and inaccurate drillings. An easily accessible adjustment button and intuitive adjustment procedure of the damping action provides an efficient soft closing performance on doors of different dimensions and weights. The ‘3Way’ ‘snap-on’ mounting plate allows for an intuitive hinge-to-plate mounting in three directions, which enhances and simplifies the mounting experience and enables easy door installation even in tall cabinets where 4-5 hinges per door are required. The T-type Glissando soft closing action is tuned to Titus 'ConfidentClose'. The door closes fast; the deceleration action begins at a late point of door closing action and the closing is especially slow and soft in the last stage when the door leans against the cabinet side

 

Tekform drawer range enlarged with Slimline version

 

To adapt the offering to the demanding high end kitchen market, Titus enlarged the Tekform drawer, a family of double wall drawers, characterised by a simple mounting procedure and a reliable performance, with a Slimline version featuring by thin, narrow side panels for an efficient utilisation of the drawer space. The new addition is available in various attractive finishes that perfectly match the contemporary design of the furniture. The fast and simple 'EasyFix' locking system of the front panel connector requires just a hand insertion and a quarter turn of the screwdriver to reliably lock the connection. Its expanding feature allows for repeatable assembly and disassembly of the front panel. The rigid drawer and rail design assures drawer stability in open position. Titus damper that is integrated in all Tekform drawers adds value to the furniture providing a reliable and consistent soft closing tuned to end consumer preferred 'ConfidentClose' features: fast, gentle, silent and safe.

 

Titusoft SD range of soft closing mechanisms for sliding doors enlarged with a version for bottom running systems

 

Unique features of Titusoft SD100, Titus damping mechanism for top running sliding door systems, are now applied to Titusoft SD100S, designed for bottom running sliding door systems. The Titusoft SD family of sliding door dampers is designed for fast but silent and smooth door closing tuned to Titus ‘ConfidentClose’. The proprietary Titus hydraulic damping technology enables a consistent and reliable performance on doors of various sizes throughout the furniture life-time. The systems are easy to mount and can be installed during the furniture assembly or later, when the furniture is already in use.

 

Quickfit TL5 ‘Full Metal Jacket’, tool-free insertion technology for Ø5mm dowel holes

 

Quickfit TL5 ‘Full Metal Jacket’, the new generation Quickfit TL dowels expands the Titus Quickfit tool-free insertion technology to widely used Ø5mm dowel holes. An expanding steel sleeve assures a high resistance to pull-out and a consistent performance even in case of repeatable assembly of the furniture and without wooden dowels. Its self-adjustment feature provides an edge-to-hole-centre tolerance of +/-1mm which helps to overcome drilling inaccuracies. The Titus Quickfit TL range of dowels allows for pre-insertion in the furniture panel providing a unique solution for an intuitive and fast cabinet assembly at home. For a maximum efficiency the cam and dowel insertion process can be automated using the Titus proprietary Lama FastFit machine.

 

Titusonic

 

Titusonic is based on the WoodWelding® fastening process and uses the ultrasound to bond rigid cabinets and honeycomb boards without use of adhesives. The Titusonic Sonic Rivet replaces the commonly used wooden dowel and glue in the construction of cabinets and other furniture products. With rising demand for hollow core board (HCB) in furniture, the Titusonic process presents a cost effective solution to attach fittings to frameless honeycomb boards. Providing a strong and immediate joint, the Titusonic ultrasonic welder firmly attaches the plastic insert to a hollow core board within one second providing a firm base into which to fix the connectors.

 

Titus damper multi-purpose damping technology applied to ovens

 

The latest damper solution for white goods is conceived for damping objects with greater load. It can operate in the temperature range between -20 and +120°C and is especially appropriate for use on oven doors. Its progressive feature keeps the bounce-back to a minimum. Titus hydraulic damper delivers a life-long reliable and consistent damping action. Its modular design enables quick development of custom solutions for various applications in furniture hardware, white goods hardware and other house-hold applications.
