Biesse Group plans encore event May 12-13 as first grand opening sold out

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Biesse Group plans a second event as its April 7-8 grand opening sold out two weeks before the event and the company had to turn away registrants. 
 
"To make sure everyone is able to visit the new showroom, we have decided to host the Biesse Group Charlotte Campus Encore Event, May 12 & 13, 2016," says Gerri Yarbrough, North America Marketing Manager.
 
Biesse Group  hosted a large group of wood manufacturers from across the United States and Canada on April 7 and 8 for the its official opening of our new 23,000 sq.ft. showroom. Attendees were given demonstrations on over $3 million worth of cutting edge Biesse and Intermac machinery, a variety of educational seminars on leading industry topics, as well as the opportunity to work with 35 partner companies including tooling, software, banding, finance, etc.
 
Over 500 attendees visited the showroom, with over 700 machine demonstrations done over the two day period. Two roundtrip tickets to Italy were given away in a contest, to Jeff Stanway, from O’Keefe Inc. (Over 1,500 meals were served and over $30,000 in Biesse Group Bucks were given away.)

“The third phase is now complete and devoted to a new 23,000 sq.ft. state-of-the-art showroom fully equipped with machinery designed to host custom demonstrations, in-house events like our popular Inside Events and educational events,” said Federico Broccoli, Biesse America and Canada President/CEO.  “The entire Biesse team was honored to have such an exceptional response to our invitation to join us for this very special occasion.”
 
Biesse Group conveyed its apologies to all of the companies not able to join it when registration reached maximum capacity.
