Titus will introduce three new products at the Closets Expo, including the Flush System 6 connecter.

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. – Titus Group will demonstrate three new hardware products for kitchen cabinets and RTA furniture at the Closets Expo, co-located with Wood Pro Expo Florida, June 9-10 at the Palm Beach County Convention Center.

The new products include:

Flush System 6 cam connectors offer an efficient solution for closet assembly. The new flat-head connector forms an even surface when it is inserted into a panel. Its flushed design provides an efficient way to flat pack closet systems and prevents panel damage during transportation or storage. Titus says Flush System 6 is ideal for closet manufacturers with limited drilling possibilities. The Flush System 6 cam can be used with Titus Quickfit dowels for home assembly of cabinets, walk-in closets, garage storage systems, and other storage units.

T-type hinges with 3Way snap-on hinge-to-plate mounting are designed to save time for cabinet assembly while also providing a long, consistent performance of up to 200,000 cycles on a wide range of doors in the kitchen, bathroom, and other furniture. Titus says the T-type hinge’s rigid design assures reliable operation over a wide range of tolerances, even in the case of accidental misalignment and inaccurate drillings. An easily accessible adjustment button and intuitive adjustment procedure of the damping action provides an efficient soft-closing performance on doors of different dimensions and weights. The new hinges require only a shallow hinge cup, which h makes them suitable for use with door thicknesses ranging from 15 to 26mm.

Titus calls Push Latch “an effortless touch” opening and closing system for cabinet doors and drawers with no need for handles. Push Latch, which has a 12mm height of the body and mounting plate, is designed to be used with standard hinges and drawers. It can be mounted to a standard cabinet drilling pattern without additional drilling by simply positioning it at the side panel edge. In case of accidental hits, the ‘safety click’ feature prevents injury by the easy detachment of the mechanism from the mounting plate. An adjustment button compensates for door gaps between -1mm and +4.5mm, allowing for reliable closing and consistent performance even in case of inaccurate drilling. Titus Push Latch is non-handed, fits many cabinets and acts as a universal solution for a wide range of furniture applications.

Titus will showcase these three new products and more at booth #317 of the Closets Expo. Learn more at titusplus.com.
