ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- ACProducts, Inc. (acpi) has completed its acquisition of Masco Cabinetry. The two companies have come together to form Cabinetworks Group, a new national manufacturer of kitchen and bath cabinetry.
Cabinetworks has a diverse portfolio of cabinetry brands, spanning the full spectrum of framed and frameless products in every price point.
Former Masco Cabinetry CEO, Joe Gross, has been appointed CEO of Cabinetworks.
