Internet expert Brian Kraff , CEO of Market Hardware Inc., will deliver the opening keynote March 7 at the Charlotte Convention Center, for the opening of Cabinet & Closets Expo and Wood Pro Expo 2019. The two shows and related conferences are co-located this year.

Kraff's presentation, "5 Lead Magnet Ideas to Supercharge Your 2019 Web Marketing Strategy," will provide a high-level view of proven website promotional techniques, drawn from the real-world experiences of small businesses involved in the home remodeling market, including closets, kitchen cabinetry, and finish carpentry.
"When it comes to web marketing, real answers are hard to find," says Kraff, who draws from years of experience beginning with the first years of web marketing. "For this presentation, Market Hardware surveyed over 100 remodeling businesses about their current Web Marketing strategies, to find out what worked, what didn’t, and what was most effective. We’re ready to share the must do’s for 2019!"

Kraff will help you implement the five most effective lead-generation strategies for remodeling businesses:
  1.  Getting your most loyal customers to build up your reputation in your local market (modern-day word-of-mouth)
  2.  The TRUE level of urgency for a Mobile-Responsive Website and SSL Certificate
  3. How those annoying ads that follow you around the Internet can actually be a huge game-changer for your brand
  4.  Why educating your clients about DIY services is the best way to maintain market dominance
  5.  When to expect Google Home Services to flip your marketing upside down (or right-side up, if you’re prepared)
Kraff is a co-founder of Market Hardware, which delivers online marketing and media consultation and support for small business clients in home building and remodeling and home services, among a range of other market segments. He is a member of the "club" of Internet media executives who are tapped into the daily changes of how the internet affects the nation’s small businesses. Brian is a frequent speaker at Tech Industry and Trade Association conferences.

Prior to Kraff's March 7 keynote, he will deliver a conference session on March 6 as part of the Closets Conference track, after which he will be available for one-on-one meetings with conference program attendees.

He was an integral part of the group of marketing experts who pioneered pay-per-click and pay-per-lead advertising in 1997, and has been at the forefront of getting customers from the Web ever since. Prior to founding Market Hardware, Kraff was the founder and CEO of eStudentLoan, the world's largest comparison marketplace for student loans.

His role as a Founder and Chairman of 13 Colonies Software (now part of Interwoven/HP/OpenText) was a highlight of his experience in the Enterprise Web Content Management space. Brian has a B.A. from Cornell University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Kraff is also at home on the baseball and soccer fields of Bethesda, MD where he enjoyed evenings and weekends assistant coaching his daughter’s soccer team and his son’s Little League team. He is gratified to support his wife’s full-time career as a Professor in the Department of Medical and Clinical Psychology at Walter Reed/USUHS.
