Hi all,
I’ve been using biscuit joiners for years but I’ve never had this problem.

I’m getting bumps on the face side of a joined panel. At first I thought my staff member had not set the cutter deep enough so we reset for a deeper cut and the same happened.

Slots were cleaned and minimal glue applied.

Now I’m wondering if maybe the slots are cut too deep leaving the panel too thin on the other side of the slot?

Anyone had this before?

Any help most appreciated.
