Safety Speed Mfg. introduces the SPM301HD screw pocket machine, featuring an all-new heavy-duty, direct-drive continuous electric spindle motor and 301 cam-driven action for fast, smooth cutting action.

The mechanical linkage allows the pilot air drill and spindle router bit to cut at the same time, reducing cycle time by almost half while producing low-angle 6 degree screw pockets. Simple back fence, side fences, stop rail, and depth adjustment make setups and adjustments quick and easy, the company adds. The built-in analog depth gauge allows for easy changing of the material thickness.

The SPM301HD will be showcased at AWFS 2017 in Booth #8211.
