Contractors sought for building and renovation projects

SYOSSET, N.Y. - Construction management firm LiRo says it wants to pre-qualify contractors for upcoming projects, including doors, windows, architectural projects, and renovation and building.

"LiRo is seeking to pre-qualify cotractors for upcoming work in all major trades," says an ad in national business media. To be considered, firms should subit a completed application with required documentation. Contractor categories include windows, doors, and other new and renovation construction related areas, according to a PDF posted by LiRo.

With offices in the Northeast and West Coast, LiRo provides construction management, engineering, environmental, architectural, and program management for public and private sector clients, from villages and developers to major state agencies.

LiRo says its design and construction professionals are well-versed in the industry's best practices in sustainability, evolving Building Information Modeling (BIM) technologies, and risk analysis. Its LiRo Academy provides cross-training opportunities to staff enabling them to have greater integration with all the firms' disciplines. Employees are also encouraged to stay current with the latest methods and trends through a variety of in-house and external training classes.

In addition to projects such as schools and libraries, and general infrastructure construction, LiRo helped renovate the core and shell of New York's Battery Park Pier A, with H3 architects of the project and historic renovation plan.
