Available from TigerStop, the TigerSaw 1000 is a fully automated push-feed saw system with an adjustable cutting envelope, pneumatic clamping and advanced dust collection baffles. TigerSaw 1000 can process packs/bundles and panel lists and performs material optimization and defecting functions that are usually only attributed to larger systems, which cost 2-3 times more, the company adds. With TigerSaw 1000, shops can use number 1 common and easily defect, all while optimizing for the best yield. Simply enter the cutlist, place material on the saw, mark the defect with a crayon and the saw will do the rest. It even labels the parts.
