Quick-start kits for vertical finishing
A series of Quick-Start Kits from Guffey Systems LLC have been released that aid in quickly integrating the company's PivotLine vertical finishing system into production.
This will help make the transition from traditional flat finishing to vertical finishing.
The PivotLine System is modular and sold as individual components that can be built-out to fit any size finishing area. For customers that want to keep the initial setup simple, the company has taken its most popular configurations and packaged them as complete kits.
The Quick-Start Kits are available in four configuration styles, all four of which are available in floor or ceiling mount configurations.
Two are straight-line configurations, 18 ft. and 12 ft., that create smooth back-and-forth or directional flow of parts along the rail system.
A 6’x6’x6’ U-Shape kit allows for a continuous directional flow of parts from the infeed mobile rail, along the rail to the spraying area, and continuing along the rail and onto the outfeed mobile rail.
The 6’x12’ L-Shape kit allows for a continuous directional flow of parts from the infeed mobile rail, along the rail to the spraying area, and continuing along the rail and onto the outfeed mobile rail.
The “L-Shape” can be reversed to fit the booth or to accommodate each shops' production flow.
