The piCLASSIC Neo vacuum pump technology from Piab is the latest evolution of its piCLASSIC vacuum pump. With a familiar footprint, the company says businesses can effortlessly integrate piCLASSIC Neo into their shop, even by existing piCLASSIC users. The new multi-stage COAX ejector design, based on Piab’s COAX technology, is ready for any vacuum challenge. 

The company's COAX technology creates vacuum using compressed air forced through specialized nozzles, which converts pressure into speed. 

The Neo features energy saving functions, available for handling either leaking or sealed applications, enable manufacturers to minimize their Scope 2 Emissions and energy-related costs.

The air-driven vacuum pump is available in two variants: piCLASSIC Neo, the standard variant, with all ports accessible from one side; and piCLASSIC Neo Inline with the exhaust direction opposite the vacuum port, enabling flush mounting directly on profiles. The Inline design is particularly suitable for End-of-Arm-Tooling (EOAT) and robotic applications, making equipment integration easier.
