Vecoplan’s newly developed and compact VAZ series consists of durable and sturdy single-shaft shredders equipped with energy-efficient drive technology. The units feature a patented ESC drive with a drive capacity of 11 to 37 kilowatts and a belt drive that features slippage control and extraneous material detection. The VAZ series' rotors, mounted inside a solid steel housing, turn slowly allowing for little noise and dust during vertical feeding. A feeding system is not required as the hydraulic-powered slide feeds collected materials directly into the shredding mechanism.
