Doucet's BT3 return conveyors can be added to edgebanders, shaper/sanders, single-end tenoners, planers, and wide belt sanders. They are available in five roller length models, 24, 30, 36, 48, and 60 and the receiving section is adapted to the maximum panel length. Made of non-marring durable PVC and individually driven by wrap-around polymer belts, its receiving rollers are equipped with a down stroke mechanism. The return rollers are two inches lower than the pass line on the equipment in order to avoid interference when overlapping panels are traveling in opposite directions. They can be built for right or left-handed return and are equipped with a variable speed drive to match the processing speed of the equipment. A live demonstration can be seen here.
