Titus' new Quickfit TL5 ‘full metal jacket' dowel features an expanding steel sleeve that offers reliable engagement in 5mm diameter dowel holes, allowing the use of tool-less Quickfit insertion technology across a wide range of applications. Highly tolerant of drilling inaccuracy, the dowel boasts high pull-out resistance and optimal strength and performance in MDF, chipboard, and solid wood without the need for wooden dowels. The extended dowel head form works as a positive stop against cam and provides drilling tolerances of +/- 1mm on drilling operation.
