Lockdowel's new mini barbed channel lock is an invisible fastener used on drawer boxes and cabinets with boards that are a half-inch thick or thinner. They are installed using a 5mm horizontal drill hole and T-slot router bit to create routed slots while CNC edge boring and mini-channel lock insertion machines are available for mass production. Available in nylon and metal, the lock has a pull force of 70+ lbs., and a sheer force of 50+ lbs.
