Komo offers the Fusion Series CNC machining centers, available in single- and twin-table configurations with one or two spindles, one or two 15 station tool changers per spindle, and a Fanuc control. All Komo CNC machining centers are equipped with proprietary Machine Monitoring software, adds the company. Vacuum systems, material management systems, drill banks and other options are available.

The Laguna Fusion line of table saws includes the F1, F2 and F3. All three models are equipped with a precision fence; the F2 and F3 feature a Hi/Low extrusion. Features on the F1 include low noise and vibration, cast-iron table and 30” T-fence. The F2 features a cabinet mounted trunnion, mechanically assisted blade movements and a hybrid cabinet saw. The F3 features upgraded handles and miter gauge, an outfeed table with double miter slots and is built with a heavy-duty cabinet and 36” still fence. Available Fusion F3 upgrades include onboard storage of all accessories and a 52” fence.

C.R. Onsrud introduces the S-Series Automated Panel Processing Cell, which it says will decrease a user’s cost per part and eliminate unnecessary steps within the workflow process. Other benefits include a reduction in direct labor and the ability to optimize machinery usage, adds the company. Features include advanced material handling and labeling systems.

The Jet Optima T5 is available from JKL Machinery. It comes with motorized IMC panel supports for quick setup and fast positioning for different shapes and thicknesses, says the company. The T5 features a working field of 3060mm (X) and 1450 (Y), with a workpiece clearance of 180mm. It comes standard with 18 spindles or 26 optional and up to 34 tools on the tool changer. The Jet Optima T5 offers increased productivity due to its high speed and precision, adds the company.

The Busch MV 0312 dry claw vacuum pump offers quiet running and energy efficiency, says the company. The pumps reduce sound levels for workstation applications and minimize operating costs via low energy consumption, Busch adds. The new vacuum pumps can be used for a variety of wood processing and finishing applications, including clamping on CNC routers, handling, laminating and veneer presses, drying wood and impregnating wood.

Hoffmann USA offers a new line of Austrian-made hand-held Panel Carriers designed for easier lifting and moving all types of panels and sheet goods, says the company. Using the Panel Carriers can reduce strain on employees’ backs, lessen the chance for injuries and lower the chance of panels being dropped or edge damaged, adds the company.

Derda offers the CNC Machine Model DC44, ADC48 and ADC510, featuring an automatic 9/12 pcs ISO30 rotary tool change for increased productivity, says the company. Features include an all servo motor driving system where axis are driven by brush-less type, high torque AC servo motors. The Syntec CNC controller is set up to accept standard G-code programming formats along with onboard conversational applications. The optional CAD/CAM system can create and edit part programs and then send them to the machine for cutting. The machine is designed and ready for 3-D cutting usage.

Atlantic Machinery offers the Vitap Point K2 CNC work center for cutting, drilling, grooving, milling and routing. All the processes can be achieved without the need to reset the parts hold-down system, says the company, resulting in zero set up time. The Point K2 also features the patented Constant Contact Clamping System for continuous, uninterrupted operation, and uses Vitap software for Bar Nesting.

Grizzly introduces two models of router tables with lifts. The models, T28780 (standard) measures 32" wide and 24" deep and T28781, which features table extension wings for a table size of 56" wide by 24" deep. The micro-adjustable router lift accepts most brands of routers, says the company.

Grizzly's G0853 14-inch, three-phase sliding table saw with digital fence features digital controls for main blade speed, blade tilt, scoring blade alignment, and rip fence adjustment. It also features a 59- by 60-inch table with extension wings; three main blade speeds at 3000, 4000, and 5000 RPM; a zero to 45-degree blade tilt, and a scoring blade. Additionally, it accepts 12- and 14-inch main blades with a one-inch arbor.
