Gator Door Acquires the Assets of L&S Supplies Inc.

CLEARWATER, FL -- Gator Door Acquisition LLC, owner of Gator Door and Supply Co. Inc., a regional supplier of pre-hung doors and millwork products, substantially acquired all of the assets of Hudson, FL-based L&S Supplies Inc., also a supplier of pre-hung doors and millwork products, according to Business Wire.

Olympus Partners Ponies Up $295 Million for WII Components

STAMFORD, CT – Olympus Partners, a private equity group, reportedly is buying WII Components Inc., a manufacturer of engineered wood doors and kitchen and bath components, for $295.5 million, according to United Press International. Behman Capital III LP of New York has been the majority owner of the Minnesota-based company since 2003.
