, a supplier of polymer edgebanding, has been awarded the national product specification for table and countertops in new Quiznos' stores in North America, according to the company.

"Especially in high traffic areas, like around the counter or the seating areas, it is important to select an edgebanding option that can withstand daily wear and tear," explained Gene Dera, vice president of Doellken-Woodtape. "Since the edgebanding is made of a transparent acrylic and printed on the reverse side, the design is protected. The brushed aluminum color of the edgebanding compliments perfectly the warm woodgrain and designer laminates selected by the Quizno’s team. It even matches the stainless steel appliances."

Quiznos' North American stores will feature Doellken-Woodtape's edgebanding.
